PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS MX Telescopic Curtain Rail To install: Pull the inner tube out from the outer tube to approx 1.5 inches (4cm) longer than the gap you will be fitting the rail to (it will be very stiff to move as there is a spring loaded flange on the end to hold it in place, so you will need to exert a small amount of pressure to move it). You don’t need to twist or turn anything – just pull the inner tube out. Make sure the rubber gripper is on each end and place one end on the wall with the other end above the horizontal line. Now press the other end down into place. The spring loaded mechanism will hold the rail in place. If you pull the rail out too far, you will need to pull it all the way through (it may squeak a bit, but that’s quite normal). Pull it right out and feed it back in from the other end and repeat the fitting process.
