Fusion 2 – the compact & versatile dual-power, dual size pencil sharpener. This sharpener can be powered by batteries making it ideal for when you are out and about, or by a power adapter, supplied with the sharpener, for when in easy reach of an electrical socket. With batteries sometimes being costly, Swordfish’s power adapter for the Fusion2 can provide economical sharpening. A feature that increases the Fusion2’s versatility is its design to sharpen both standard 8mm pencils and 10mm jumbo pencils as well as having pencil entry at the top of the machine so pencils are inserted vertically. Anti-slip pads on the base of the machine mean that there is no need to steady this sharpener with one hand whilst holding the pencil in the other, so the Fusion2 is ideal for easy one-handed operation. It is equipped with a professional helical blade that will produce excellent results with all types of pencil – even charcoal and pastel. Of course, the softer the pencil lead, the more likely it is to break, however, Fusion2 sharpens gently resulting in broken leads being more uncommon, but should this happen, the sharpener is fitted with a broken point ejector. This sharpener also boasts a pencil point selector dial which enables the sharpener to produce a fine point for detail or a broad point for shading.
