      ✓ Medium to coarse grind.
      Type of water?
      ✓ Filtered or bottled water is recommended.
      Brew time?
      ✓ In refrigerator overnight for 8 hours or longer.
      The ratio of water and coffee?
      ✓ Here is a recommendation: 1/4 cup coarsely ground coffee to every four cups of cold water. You may experiment with the ratio to find your favorite flavor profile.
      ✓ Remove the strainer from the pot after brewing.
