Our nougat is made to a centuries-old recipe with all natural ingredients including almonds folded into honey and beaten egg white to produce a deliciously sweet and chewy white nougat with a gorgeous almond flavour. It’s delicious served as part of a plate of petit fours with your after-dinner coffee (although it’s so good, we like it with coffee at any time of day!).
