

Baking Instructions
To replace 1 Whole Egg: Add 1 tsp egg replacer + 2 tbsp water.
To replace 1 Egg White: Add 1 tsp egg replacer + 1 tbsp water.
To Replace 1 Egg Yolk: Add 1 tsp egg replacer + 1/2 tbsp water.
You can almost smell them now… QUALITY freshly baked cakes, meringues, pancakes and desserts… yum! You can create your favorite VEGAN baked goods with similar texture to those with eggs. ENJOY!

Vegan Vanilla Cake Tower
Ingredients
* 1 and 1/2 cups of all flour * 1 cup of sugar of your choice * 1 tsp baking powder * Pinch of salt * 1/2 cup of oil * 1 tsp of vanilla essence * 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar * 250ml of water or plant based milk * 2 tsp of No Egg Egg Replacer with 4 tablespoon of water* Jam for in-between the layers * Dairy free Cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C 2. Sieve dry ingredients into your mixing bowl and mix. 3. Mix egg replacer with the water. 4. Add the wet ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix well until smooth. 5. Pour mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. 6. Remove the one cake from the tin and place onto your cake rack. 7. Allow the cake to cool slightly before slicing it into 3-4 even rectangles. Run a life under got water to get a clean slice. 8. Take your first layer and spread some of your favorite jam and dairy free cream . 9. Repeat for the rest of the slices and decorate with some fresh raspberries and a dust of icing sugar.
