If the speakers are not outputting audio, try the following:
• Make sure all cables are securely plugged into the speaker system and your devices.
• Adjust the volume of the audio source and speakers.
• Make sure that the audio source is not muted.
• If you are streaming audio from the Internet to your device, the problem is not necessarily caused by the speaker system, but may be caused by the Internet connection. Try using audio saved on your device to verify.
