The oven is made from heavy-duty stainless steel, so you can also use it outdoors on your barbecue. In fact, it’s suitable for all heat sources (except induction).

Beginners will have no trouble smoking fresh salmon, beef ribs, bell peppers and lots more. And in case you’re unsure of where to start, it includes a recipe for smoked apple salmon in the box.

This smoking oven is really easy to use. Fill it with pre-soaked wood chips, place your food on the rack, then put it in your household oven. Alternatively, you can cook it on a stovetop or a barbecue. It’s so versatile!

The wood chips release smoke as they become hot. This smoke is trapped by the lid, allowing it to infuse your food with those unmistakable flavours.
