The dinosaurs in Dinosaurs to Crochet aren't your normal cutesy cartoonish crochet dinosaurs. Thesedinosaurs are legit. They look like actual dinosaurs and each one is an absolute work of art. Each pattern is accompanied with multiple pictures to guide you throughthe process of making your own prehistoric pal.
Many of the projectsinclude instructions for utilizing wire to make your dinosaur poseableand keep them stabilized. It is an optional step but I love that it isincluded! As with most crochet books, Dinosaurs to Crochet includes written and visual instructions for the stitches used in thebook, crochet and finishing techniques.
I found the patterns to beclear, concise and logical. If you're a beginner or absolutely new toamigurumi, all the steps involved may seem a little daunting upon firstinspection but I think Megan has done a great job of making this bookaccessible to everyone.
