Rain sensor that automatically interrupts the irrigation program when it rains and starts it again, at the set hour, when the rain has stopped. Equipped with spike that prevents leaves from accidentally dropping onto the sensor, guaranteeing the utmost operating reliability. Easily installed outdoors on the specific steel bracket and it connects easily via cable to the water timer. Suitable for all watering systems, the rain sensor avoids unnecessary wastage of water by turning the sprinklers off when it is raining. The sensor is connected to the common solenoid valve (24 V) or to the Aquauno timers. When the internal flow reaches a level of 5 mm of rain per square metre, the system shuts down. Programmed watering automatically resumes when the water in the sensor evaporates. The rain sensor should be installed in an outdoor area exposed to rain using the stainless steel bracket provided.
