Step 1: Unscrew and disassemble the Delid tool just like the image above.	Step 2: Insert the CPU on the socket.	Step 3: Reassemble the delid tool with the CPU like the image above.

Use hex L key to turn the screw clockwise and push the lid toward to CPU position.

Stop turning when you feel the screw is loose or the CPU lid is shifted on the PCB board.
