This Professional quality Pan enables you to make 12 individual desserts such as baked cheesecakes, chocolate puddings, scones, large muffins, or mini Victoria sponge cakes. You could also make individual cheese soufflés. Each cup measures 7.5cm diameter x 4.5cm deep (3” x 1¾”), and they have loose bases, which make it easy to release your desserts or soufflés.

The external measurements of the pan are 39.5 cm long x 28.25 cm wide x 5 cm deep (15½” long x 11¼” wide x 2” deep). The premium quality, PFOA-free, non-stick coating, gives a professional performance and makes it easy to clean. We recommend you hand wash this product.

It is manufactured from heavy gauge steel to ensure quick and even heat distribution and make it resistant to warping, and rolled edges give it extra stability and support against warping.
