Bach Original Flower Remedies were developed in the 1920’s and 1930’s by Dr Edward Bach. Each of the 1-38 essences, Dr Bach believed, offered a holistic approach to emotional balance providing a simple system in tune with the body.
What are Bach Original Flower Remedies?
The 38 flower essences Dr Bach discovered are made from a variety of wild plants, trees and bushes and each of the 38 essences relates to a specific emotion that everyone might experience from time to time.

How to useAdd 2 drops of each chosen essence into a drink of your choice and sip regularly. |
